I'm an IT & Network Support Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience. I build robust network infrastructures and keep systems running smoothly.

I'm based in Ampang, Selangor. I deploy and support systems, manage infrastructure and work with enterprise hardware including MikroTik, Ubiquiti and Fortinet.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons.) in Computer Networks at UiTM Shah Alam. While balancing full-time work and studies, I continue to improve my technical capabilities and industry knowledge each semester.
